Hi,
Love your photos, especially the pink girl riding the yak. We are collecting hat this Christmas? Can we use this photo for our post?
All credit will be given properly and link back to yours.
Only thing need to know:
1. Where is the picture taken: city, town, country.
We are doing a Hat Day – Hatter’s Paradise at the moment.
Thanks.

Yes. You are very welcome. The photo was taken in Kulfri in Northern India. My daughter was learning her letters at the time so she was thrilled to ride a ‘y is for yak’!
Ha ha ha – I assure all your readers you haven’t seen the best (or worse) of this yet. I am always sitting in a traffic jam when I see these things and no way will you want to jump out of the car to take photographs, you would be run over immediately . But, oh, the sites you do see – dangerous, funny, Ciao, Carina
awesome as always
Oh, you’re too kind.

riding a yak! that looks pretty cool ^^
I know! She is a pretty lucky kid!
wouldn’t want to be driving behind that truck on a scooter
What about a bicycle?
Absolutely fab photos…I just love Indian transportation!
Thanks. Always something interesting to look at, that’s for sure.
Great photos! It’s amazing how the little truck could hold that much stuff… Riding a yak, that is so cool!
It’s incredible that many of the trucks on the road can actually move!
I can’t pick a favourite…they are all great
Thanks!

If you have time to play… Season’s greetings!
Thanks Amy! I will certainly get to it at some stage. Hope you have a wonderful holiday season. Warm regards, Sue Ann
A wonderful assortment of transportation types Sue Anne. Carving roads right out of rock mountains.. human power is amazing, isn’t it.
Sure is. Though I think they have a lot of landslides.
Duh! Are you a resident of India now?
Rahul
No. I lived in Hyderabad for 6 months.
Well, how was your time spent over here? 🙂
Rahul
We were doing volunteer work. Loved living there and would love to return
Oyiee! Add Kerala also to your list during the next time visit. 😀
Rahul

That sounds COOL! I’m a Keralite. 🙂
