Where’s my backpack’s travel theme this week is Animals.When we were in Nepal last month we stayed at the Travellers Jungle Camp in Chitwan National Park. They owned their own elephant which they kept behind our room. Lily was thrilled and first thing when she woke up in the morning she raced over to see Basanti to give him a pat.

I enjoy watching Elephants. I hate that they are used for circus workers. I love your photos 😉
Oh me too. These elephants aren’t wild and they are put to work taking tourists around the National Park but perhaps it’s more dignified than doing tricks at a circus?
